How does it work?
Roof-mounted solar panels use photovoltaic (PV) cells to capture the sun’s rays. This creates a flow of DC electricity; however, this electricity must be converted into AC before it is safe to use. A solar inverter converts the energy to AC, which flows into your fuse box and powers your home.

Some of the power is stored for later in the system’s battery. When the sun doesn’t shine, or if the flow is cut, the system can use this stored power to keep things running smoothly. Traditional grid-tied systems also connect to the national power grid. However, Dehavenroc systems are proudly off-grid - giving you full power over your energy.
